Problema al iniciar gnome con un usuario concreto

Todo lo relacionado con los entornos de escritorio, todas las aplicaciones, tanto KDE, Gnome y otros. Si tenes un problema con un programa, muy probablemente este sea el foro indicado.

Hace unos días actualicé mi sistema Archlinux con la siguiente orden:

El problema es que desde entonces no puedo iniciar sesión con ese usuario (con los demás usuarios todo va bien). Esto ocurre cuando al intentar lanzar gnome-session, este crashea:

Que contiene el .xinitrc de ese usuario?
El problema no es con la interfaz, el log de xorg eso indica.
