[SOLUCIONADO] Directorios del usuario en Apache

Hola, estoy intentando montar un servidor con Apache con y me han pedido que lo haga fuera del directorio "/srv/http".

En dicho directorio me lo hace sin problemas, pero cuando intento indicarle otra carpeta, por ejemplo una creada con un index.php en el Escritorio no hay manera de que funcione, me pone "Error 403" diciendo que no tengo permisos para el directorio.

He intentando modificar algunas cosas y dar permisos a la carpeta, pero sigue igual :(

¿Alguien sabe por qué puede estar dando problemas o qué tengo mal configurado? Ya he probario varias configuraciones que ni recuerdo de tanto que he probado y no consigo hacerlo funcionar :(

Buenas, basicamente debes tener un problema de permisos en que apache que pertenece al grupo http no puede acceder al directorio home de los usuarios porque no tenes permiso para que otros puedan leer los archivos de el directorio home en cuuestion modificando eso mediante chmod ya deberia dejarte poder acceder por lo que veo el archivo de configuracion me parece asi a la ligera estar bien. Sí, no tenemos destino. Sólo aquellos consumidos por la ignorancia y el miedo que dan pasos en falso pueden hundirse en las turbias aguas llamadas "Destino".

Hola, gracias! :)

He tenido un fallo y es que al modificar los archivos no los guardé, pero los guardé ya tal y como están ahí puestos y al tenerlos así modificados no me deja reiniciar Apache.

Cuando hago "sudo systemctl restart httpd" me dice que falló, pongo "sudo systemctl status httpd.service y muestra lo siguiente:

La carpeta que he creado en el escritorio le di ya permisos a otros con "chmod o+x domain1.com", pero sigue igual y con el error que he mecionado al reiniciar el servicio :S

el erro que marca dice que en un archivo de configuracion de apache "Syntax error on line 247", pero lametablemente no especifica cual de todos los archivos es "<Directory> directive missing clo..... ", pero el error que te marca es ese si lo corregis deberia de poder iniciar, saludos

Es verdad, al tener la consola sin expandir no vi todo el texto :( ahora agrandé la consola y ya vi todo, he arreglado el problema y ya se inicia el servicio, pero sigue mostrando el error 403 :S

es proque tenes que darle no solo permisos de lectura y acceso en la carpeta que penesas usar sino tambien en las carpetas padre donde se encuentra alojada, apache al correr lo hace con un usuario http que pertenece al grupo http y por eso no podes accesarla porque los usuarios comunes generalmente pertenecen al grupo user, si podes darle paso a otros desde tu carpeta en home hasta la carpeta que pensas compartir deberias poder dejar de ver el error 403 que es basicamente permisos, o sea no puede llegar a la carpeta que le especificaste porque no tiene permisos para entrar en el directorio padre, saludos espero puedas resolverlo
